Lindsay Thomas Kough
Lindsay began his professional career at the US Naval Academy. Upon graduating, he entered SEAL training and proudly served our country as a Navy SEAL. Today Lindsay continues to serve our armed forces in the reserves as as a Colonel in the Air Force. Lindsay's professional career has included several years as a financial consultant for wealthy individuals and families. He has maintained high level positions at J.P> Morgan, Sagemark and served as a bank president at First Western Trust Bank in Cherry Creek, Colorado. Lindsay currently serves as President of MIH Sports, LLC and is in the process of designing and manufacturing a new baseball bat.
Lindsay currently serves on the Board of Directors of Wings Over the Rockies and is passionate about many other charitable causes.
Ron Pitcock has been a successful technology entrepreneur for over 35 years. His past position is Chairman and CEO of Iptimize, Inc, a Voice over Internet Protocol Company (IPZI.PK). He has served as Chairman / CEO / President for HomeSync, CEO/President and board member for ICC Speed cell, ComPath as a board member, Chairman and CEO of LifeStyle Innovations (lfsi) and Integra5 as President and board member. He co-founded and served as President of High Speed Access Corp. (HSAC), a company designed to provide high-speed Internet access via cable modem to residential and commercial customers in exurban areas. While at HSA, Pitcock helped take the company public, raising $194 million with a market cap of $2.5 billion. Prior to his tenure at HSA, he held a variety of executive positions at ANTEC, one of the cable industry’s most established technology suppliers. He oversaw sales and marketing of the TeleWire Division’s products and managed the U.S. and international sales locations for the ANTEC. Pitcock also served in various capacities with Anixter Brothers, the original parent of ANTEC, including serving as VP and General Manager of the organization’s joint venture with Cincinnati Bell.
Pitcock began his telecommunications career in 1974 at Continental Cablevision in Dover, New Hampshire as an engineer and chief technician. He has served on several corporate boards, as well as social and government boards and agencies, which includes Commissioner on the State of Colorado’s Science and Technology commission, board member SCI of Denver, board of advisors for Coax Corporation. He is also a current member of the Cable Pioneers, an industry organization that recognizes over 20 years of experience and service to the cable industry and was recognized as a top 100 cable executive in 1999.
Pitcock holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of A & M at Corpus Christi, and a Masters Degree in Telecommunications from the University of Denver.
Russell serves as the President of the Denver Chapter of Safari Club International and is the owner of the Bluffs Hunt Club, a premier upland game preserve just East of the Denver metro area. He is a respected bird dog breeder, trainer and upland hunting guide. He began his amateur training career in 1989 with a black lab named Buddy. Since then he has trained all breeds of sporting dogs and their owners for performance in the field and basic obedience in the home. Russell has been professionally training for over 7 years. Russell is no stranger to competition, at age 14 he competed in the Colorado pheasant hunting championships, hosted by Pheasants Forever.
Linda Downey is an ordained minister with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Mathematics Major) from the Colorado College and a Master of Divinity (with an emphasis on Pastoral Care and Counseling) from the Iliff School of Theology. Mrs. Downey has also received additional education in Planned Giving from the College of William and Mary and Volunteer Management from the University of Colorado. She has over 20 years’ experience as a minister in local church settings and as a chaplain for several retirement communities. In addition, Mrs. Downey has served as the Executive Director for a non-profit community center, held leadership positions for several local non-profits and has been an active Board Member for various non-profit entities serving at-risk youth and low-income families. Since arriving at Mackintosh Academy in 2009, Mrs. Downey has been the Assistant to the Executive Director. She thoroughly enjoys coming to work each day as her passion for being present and working with children and their families is a very large part of her life. Mrs. Downey loves spending time with her son, two step-children and husband. She is an avid reader and relishes working in her garden during the spring and summer.

Joey resides on a Colorado ranch with his wife of 17 years and daughter Aspen. Joey is very involved in teaching and mentoring faith-based business concepts and initiatives that are designed to positively influence and shape culture.
